Tomatoes by the 4th of July? How?

Want to start your garden early, but afraid of the cold temperatures that could affect your plants?  We have just the solution for you.

Freeze Pruf is a new product on the market that improves a plants natural cold tolerance  enabling it to withstand temperatures as low as 9 degrees F.  By enhancing the "anti-freeze" properties of a plant, and its ability to survive ice crystal damage, it protects a plants external and internal systems.  Freeze Pruf is comparable to adding a half to our USDA Plant Hardiness Zone or moving your plant 200 miles south.

This product is great for the gardener that wants to get a jump on the season or extend it as long as possible.  Freeze Pruf shows best results when applied at temperatures above 50 degrees F and a minimum of 8 to 12 hours before an anticipated freeze, completely covering the plant.  Each application should last 4 to 6 weeks, but new growth must be treated as needed, or if heavy rains or snows occur.

This product will not work well on any plant that is already experiencing symptoms from disease, insect, or environmental problems.  Best results occur on healthy plants.  Freeze Pruf is safe for plants, animals, humans, and the environment if used correctly, making it safe for vegetable plants.

You can be the first in your neighborhood to have tomatoes.
